An afternoon of Photography at Berkeley Castle
Do you fancy having your wedding at Berkeley Castle?
Last weekend Liz and I made a special trip to visit a famous historic venue used for weddings, Berkeley Castle. This fortress is located in the town of Berkeley, Gloucestershire. The castle’s origins date back to the 11th century and it has been designated by English Heritage as a grade I listed building. What better place to hold such a romantic event, a Country House Wedding in a grand majestic building holding so many ancient stories. You can take a walk along the magnificent lawns where Queen Elizabeth I strolled with her royal entourage. The Castle is steeped in so much history you are sure to be truly captivated. You can have either a Church service (next door) or a Civil Ceremony in one of their stunning rooms such as The Great Hall or The Long Drawing Room.
Liz and I fell in love with the place and decided its one of our MUST Do’s, to take your wedding photography at this fantastic venue. If you are thinking of getting married at Berkeley Castle then don’t hesitate to contact me, we would love to be your Berkeley Castle Wedding Photographer.
